軍公教加薪3% 府院盼帶動民間薪資調升

（中央社記者呂欣憓台北12日電）了解軍公教調薪3%政策的總統府人士今天說，近來經濟狀況較之前佳，總統蔡英文和行政院長賴清德商討後，決定利用內閣改組重編預算案時，讓軍公教合理調薪，帶動民間薪資調升。

賴清德8日上任後立刻舉行臨時院會，撤回送到立法院的民國107年中央政府總預算案，重新編列；行政院晚間宣布，明年軍公教加薪3%。

前行政院長林全任內曾拍板軍公教明年不加薪，了解軍公教調薪3%政策的總統府人士說，6月、7月時，立法院尚未通過前瞻基礎建設特別條例，參考當時各項經濟指標與預測，行政院認為應審慎評估。

這名人士表示，現在各項景氣預測較之前更樂觀、經濟表現逐步提升，加上前瞻基礎建設計畫等重大基礎建設投資開始進行，尤其企業界也多次倡議政府加薪帶動民間加薪。

這名人士說，在最新情境下，蔡總統和賴清德商討後，決定利用內閣改組重編預算案時檢討調整，讓軍公教合理調薪，帶動民間薪資調升、為景氣加溫。1060912
